Aims & Scope

The ANST is a Pakistan based journal which will provide the opportunity to national and international scientists to work with an international community and extend their work in every part of the world. This journal will quarterly publish peer-reviewed research articles, reports, and reviews in all branches of science and technology, food quality-related, packaging of food, and other food products. The peer-reviewed process will be completed by highly qualified selected panels of international referees to ensure reviews are completed rapidly and achieve the highest standards. For this purpose, an International Editorial Board and Advisory Board have been appointed. The journal will also welcome new perspectives in handling applications for processing food and active compounds involved in the preservation of food and drugs.
